Economic globalization and the Bell and Road Initiative has brought challenges to Chinese education industry. There is an urgent need for a large number of teaching staff with international vision and cross culture communication skills, and capable to participant in international affairs. Oversea teacher training is a key project of talent cultivation. It plays an essential role in education internationalization. ACEPA provides tailor-made oversea training programs for teaching staffs in Chinese universities, colleges, other education institutions, as well as managerial and technical professionals in government departments. The program aims at providing high quality curriculum and activities and cater to the specific need and goal of talent development.
